Genevieve Helleringer is a member of the Law Faculty, the deputy director of the Institute of European and Comparative Law, and a research fellow at Lady Margaret Hall. Her research focuses on comparative contract law, corporate financial law, and commercial dispute resolution, integrating insights from economics, sociology, and psychology. Genevieve has authored and contributed to numerous books and articles and serves as an academic editor for the Oxford Business Law Blog. She has been recognized with awards for her teaching and research and has served as a mediator for the French Retail Market Association and as a member of the European Banking Authority Board since 2021.
