Biography

Geoffrey Maina is an Associate Professor at the College of Nursing, University of Saskatchewan (USask), located in Prince Albert. His research program emphasizes HIV prevention and care, including harm reduction, stigma reduction, and peer interventions both locally and globally. He employs diverse community-based research methodologies, utilizing qualitative and art-based methods to honor the lived experiences of patients in his patient-oriented research.
