Gery Geenens is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Mathematics and Statistics at UNSW Sydney. He earned his PhD in Statistics from Université catholique de Louvain in Belgium in July 2008. He actively supervises students in research projects related to nonparametric statistics and teaches several courses, including Statistics for engineering students and Nonparametric Statistics. Gery is also an Associate Editor for 'Statistics and Probability Letters' and a member of the Belgian Statistical Society.
