Biography

Gianandrea Nodari obtained his PhD in History from El Colegio de México. He is currently a research associate at the University of Geneva where he coordinates the Juan Flores project entitled 'Building New World Economic Order: International Monetary Cooperation in the Making of the Bretton Woods Agreement, 1931-1945', which is funded by the Swiss National Foundation. His research focuses on the monetary and financial history of West developing countries during the interwar years. Before joining the University of Geneva in 2020, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Library of Congress in Washington D.C. from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, he has held both teaching and research positions at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California from 2018 to 2020.
