Biography

G.W.A. Wijngaard is a new PhD researcher at the Institute of Data Science, starting on December 6, 2021. He is working on the Aud2Sem project, a new initiative funded by the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO). His advisors for this project are Michel Dumontier and Elia Formisano. The focus of his research involves recognizing and classifying audio using computational models, with the goal of building taxonomies based on auditory features.
