Biography

Gilbert Fruhwirth is a Professor of Molecular Imaging at King's College London, where he leads research focused on Imaging Therapies Cancer. He joined King's College London as a Lecturer in Imaging Biology in 2013 and was promoted to the position of Senior Lecturer in 2018, Reader in 2022, and then to Professor. He actively contributes to the Multiscale Biofilm Research Hub and his work aims to uncover critical insights into cancer metastasis and improve therapeutic responses.
