Biography

Ginger Y. Ke joined the Faculty of Business Administration at Memorial University in July 2012. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences, a Master of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Prior to her role at Memorial University, she worked as a part-time lecturer in the Department of Management Sciences at the University of Waterloo and at the School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Dr. Ke’s research interests include Management Sciences, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Logistics, Decision Analysis, and Game Theory. Her current research projects involve investigating integration discount decisions and supplier carrier dynamics, as well as approaches to mitigate risks associated with the transportation of hazardous materials. She has published work in various reputable journals including Environmental Modelling & Software, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Operational Research Society, and Transportation Research Part D and E.
