Biography

Ginger Mills is a board-certified bilingual clinical neuropsychologist specializing in the assessment of neurological disorders and neurodegenerative conditions. Her work involves conducting neuropsychological evaluations to assess cognitive and emotional status, taking into account multiple influencing factors such as developmental experiences and culture. This aims to provide diagnostic opinions and treatment recommendations for future care planning. Ginger's fascination with the interplay of brain and behavior began during her undergraduate studies in neuroscience. She earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford and completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Veterans Administration in Boston. In her role as an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at Yale School of Medicine, she continues to explore the relationship between brain and behavior, emphasizing collaboration with patients and their families to develop practical strategies that improve quality of life.
