Biography

Ginie Servant-Miklos is an environmental educator with fifteen years of experience in education, practice, research, and advocacy. She currently holds an Assistant Professorship in the behavioral sciences at the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioral Sciences in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Additionally, Ginie is the founder and chairperson of the FairFight Foundation, an organization that provides girls and women in Zambia, Zimbabwe, and India with mental and physical benefits through martial arts and educational support. As an activist for sustainability and gender equality, she actively participates in public engagements, including TEDx talks and podcasts, advocating for change. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Kent, LLM in International Law from Kent Law School, MA in International Relations from Sciences Po Lille, PhD in Education from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a post-doctoral research grant focusing on Sustainability Education at Aalborg University. She has also served as a visiting professor at Tyumen University.
