Dr. Giovanni Maggi

Biography

Giovanni Maggi received a B.A. degree from Bocconi University, Milan, and a PhD in Economics from Stanford University. He is Howard H. Leach Professor of Economics and Director of Undergraduate Studies at Yale University. His current research focuses on international agreements, regulatory policies, and environmental issues. He has contributed to significant works addressing the welfare implications of lobbying in the context of international regulatory agreements, as evidenced by his recent publications in The American Economic Review and other notable journals.
