Dr. Glen Whyte

Biography

Glen Whyte is a Professor at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. His research focuses on individual and group judgment, decision making, and managerial negotiations. Glen serves as the Associate Dean of Curriculum and is currently the Academic Director of the Rotman Institute of Corporate Directors’ Education Program. He has extensive consulting experience in negotiation, dispute resolution, decision making, risk management, and corporate governance, catering to both private and public sectors. Glen has a robust academic background, holding a PhD, MPhil, and MA from Yale University, a JD from Osgoode Law School at the University of Toronto, and an MBA from the University of Toronto. He teaches courses in Managerial Negotiations, Decision Making, and Leadership across various MBA formats including 2YR, 3YR, EMBA, and Executive Programs.
