Biography

Dr. Glenda Droogsma Musoba received her Ph.D. in Higher Education from Indiana University. She joined the Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University as an Associate Professor in 2012. Dr. Musoba teaches graduate courses in higher education finance, organizational theory, statistics, and research methods at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Her research focuses on educational policy and student access and success in postsecondary education, particularly for low-income and underrepresented groups, and she has studied college choice among rural students. Throughout her career, Dr. Musoba has secured over half a million dollars in external research funding, primarily from the Lumina Foundation for Education, and has authored 18 peer-reviewed journal articles and books. She has chaired the graduation of 12 doctoral students at Texas A&M University, contributing to their academic success.
