Biography

Glenn Boornazian is a lecturer at Yale University with a focus on integrated conservation resources and architectural preservation. In 1988, he founded Integrated Conservation Resources (ICR) and Integrated Conservation Contracting (ICC), specializing in investigative architectural conservation services and high-quality conservation craft contracting. His expertise encompasses specialized conditions investigation, materials testing, analysis, and the design and implementation of architectural conservation treatment programs. Prior to his graduate studies, Glenn served as the Director of Restoration for the Nantucket Historical Association. He studied at Columbia University’s Graduate Program in Historic Preservation and has experience as a Staff Conservator at the Center for Preservation Research at Columbia University. As an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University, he teaches on various issues related to architectural conservation and historic preservation. Glenn’s projects span the United States, Europe, and Asia, and he is currently a Trustee of the James Marston Fitch Charitable Foundation.
