Glenn Jenkins is a Term Adjunct Professor in the Economics Department at Queen's University and serves as the Director of the John Deutsch International Program. He has extensive experience in public finance, investment appraisal, and economic development. Jenkins has a distinguished academic career, having taught at Harvard University from 1972 to 2000, and he currently holds the title of Institute Fellow Emeritus at Harvard. Jenkins holds a B.Comm in Economics from Carleton University in Ottawa, as well as M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Economics from the University of Chicago.
