Biography

Dr. Glenn Patriquin is co-director of the Bacteriology QEII Diagnostic Microbiology Laboratory and provides consultations for the Infectious Diseases inpatient service. His interests include microbiological diagnostics and infection prevention control, and he is involved in medical education at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Dr. Patriquin has completed his Bachelor of Science and Medical Doctorate degrees at Dalhousie University, and holds a Master of Science from Queen’s University. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, and Medical Microbiology, with a fellowship in Infection Prevention Control from Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre/University of Toronto.
