Biography

Gordon Cable is a specialist in Aerospace Medicine and a Fellow of the Australasian College of Aerospace Medicine. Gordon has held an academic position at the University of Adelaide, contributing to the education of medical students. He has established Space Medicine training programs in collaboration with the Australasian Society of Aerospace Medicine and the University of Tasmania. Throughout his career, he has gained multiple fellowships from various professional aerospace organizations in Australia and internationally, including the Aerospace Medical Association and the International Academy of Aviation and Space Medicine. In 2015, he was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in recognition of his contributions to aerospace medicine.
