Graham Walker is a science communication teacher and researcher based at the National Centre for Public Awareness of Science (CPAS) at the Australian National University. He currently serves as the Postgraduate Coursework Convenor for the Master of Science Communication and Graduate Certificate in Science Communication. Graham has extensive experience in informal STEM learning, capacity building, and the co-development of science communication initiatives. Additionally, he supports the Science Circus Pacific initiative with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). A passionate proponent of science shows, Graham has performed globally and delivered training to enhance science communication practices. His research interests encompass various aspects of informal science learning methods, emotional and motivational factors in science communication, and cross-cultural codesigning for capacity building in international development, particularly in Africa and the Pacific.
