Gráinne M. Fitzsimons holds the George C. Lamb Jr. University Professorship of Business Administration at Duke's Fuqua School of Business. Rusbult Young Investigator Award from the Relationship Researchers Interest Group for her early contributions to the field of interpersonal relationships, and the SAGE Young Scholar Award from the Foundation for Personality and Social Psychology for her early contributions to the broader field of social psychology. Professor Fitzsimons teaches a core Daytime MBA course in Leadership, Ethics, and Organizations, as well as elective courses in Leadership and Negotiations, and was awarded for Excellence in Teaching in the Core Course of the Daytime MBA Program in 2016.
