Biography

Greg Fleet joined the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of New Brunswick in 2000 and specializes in eCommerce. He teaches undergraduate courses in eCommerce as well as Business Research Methods, which is mandatory for all business students. Additionally, he instructs MBA-level courses in Business Research Methods and Competitive Technical Intelligence. Fleet serves as the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs and Student Relations, overseeing the development and implementation of undergraduate programs and enhancing the Faculty’s Co-op program. Prior to his tenure at UNB, Fleet worked at Bell Northern Research (Nortel) for over 14 years as a Senior User Experience Engineer. His educational background includes a B.A. in Music and a Ph.D. in Psychology, which informs his teaching and course material. His research interests encompass the evolving landscape of Internet technologies, visual and design thinking, creativity, innovation, leadership, the user experience of mobile devices, and health services. Fleet has presented at numerous conferences and is actively pursuing publication opportunities across both traditional academic journals and various online platforms.
