Biography

Grigorios Kotronoulas is a Reader in Nursing and Health Care with a specialization in cancer survivorship. His clinical expertise lies in cancer care and anticancer systemic therapies, backed by a strong foundation in quantitative research, feasibility studies, and evidence synthesis. His research program is focused on supporting the functional abilities of individuals impacted by cancer through the application of 'precision health,' which integrates systematic assessments of patients' self-reported behavioral data with advanced data analytics to develop tailored management strategies. He is particularly dedicated to addressing cancer health inequities and supporting underserved and disadvantaged populations. Kotronoulas currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Seminars in Oncology Nursing and as the vice-chair of the MASCC Survivorship Study Group at the University of Glasgow, where he also holds the role of Postgraduate Research Convenor in Nursing and Health Care.
