Biography

Guido Tesio graduated in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 1984 and has worked as an architect in various firms including Baukuh in Milan, OfficeKGDVS in Brussels, and ZAO/Standard in Beijing. He is also a founding partner of GANKO, a Milan-based architectural practice established in 2017. Tesio has been involved in academia as a guest lecturer and teaching assistant at Politecnico di Milano and has worked with notable architecture historians and critics at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. Currently, he holds a position at the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio. In addition to his architectural practice, he actively contributes to the discourse on architecture as a regular writer for the European architecture magazine San Rocco and is a member of the Chamber of Architects of Milan.
