Dr. Hal Colebatch

Biography

Hal Colebatch is an Honorary Professor at the University of New South Wales, specializing in the fields of Health Services Management and Health Policy. His research focuses on the interplay between public authority and organization, particularly in terms of how policies are constructed and mobilized in practice. He emphasizes the importance of professionalism in policy and recognizes the interconnectedness of governmental and non-governmental organizational forms.
