Han Jun Lim is a research assistant at the ANU Law School with scholarly interests at the intersection of jurisprudence and theology. His work involves collaboration with Associate Professor Joshua Neoh on a range of projects that explore the relationship between legal and religious thought. One of the forthcoming titles he is working on with Cambridge University Press is 'End Law versus Rule Law Antinomianism'. Drawing on the insights of Carl Schmitt, who famously stated that 'all significant concepts of modern theory of the state are secularised theological concepts', his projects aim to illuminate the theological foundations of secularised concepts of the state. His research interests also extend to Malaysian law and politics, as well as Scandinavian legal realism. Lim's work encompasses processes of information delivery, extracting insights, and generating reports to understand service usage and store information effectively.
