Biography

Dr. Hang Do has over 15 years of research and teaching experience in multicultural environments across Switzerland and the UK. He holds a doctoral degree in Management from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and his doctoral studies were sponsored by the Swiss National Science Foundation Fund. His main research interests focus on SME internationalisation, innovation management within SMEs, sustainability practices, global value chains, and entrepreneurial orientation. He received accolades for his teaching, including the Academic Support Award and commendations for engaging lectures from the Southampton University Students' Union. He is also involved in PhD supervision, guiding students on topics related to performance management and entrepreneurial orientation in various contexts.
