Biography

Hanita Assudani is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the National University of Singapore. With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College London and a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours from NUS, she has decades of experience in the mental health field. Hanita is a Clinical Psychologist who provides counseling, psychotherapy, and psychological assessments, specializing in working with gender diverse individuals and addressing stressful life events. Her expertise includes managing common and severe mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, personality disorders, and trauma. Hanita is dedicated to improving psychological health and well-being through evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
