Dr. Hanna Maoh

Biography

Hanna Maoh is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Windsor. He has extensive expertise in integrated transportation and land use models, freight transportation analysis, travel demand modeling and forecasting, and GIS and big-data analysis. With a focus on sustainable transportation, his research includes microsimulation methods and modeling the environmental impacts of transportation. His academic contributions are widely recognized within the transportation research community, and he collaborates with various professional affiliations including the Transportation Association of Canada, Professional Engineers Ontario, and the Transportation Research Board. Maoh's work frequently addresses pertinent issues in transportation electrification and the effectiveness of transportation systems in Canada. He holds a BSc from Bethlehem University (1996), an MSc from McMaster University (1999), and a PhD from McMaster University (2005).
