Biography

Hanna Maoh is a Professor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering department at the University of Windsor. She has extensive experience and expertise in integrated transportation and land use models, freight transportation analysis, and travel demand modeling and forecasting. Her research interests also include Geographic Information Systems (GIS), big-data analysis, environmental impacts of transportation, sustainable transportation, and microsimulation methods and models related to land use and transportation. Dr. Maoh holds a BSc from Bethlehem University (1996), an MSc (1999), and a PhD (2005) from McMaster University. Throughout her career, she has been involved in several professional affiliations including the Transportation Association of Canada, Professional Engineers Ontario, Canadian Transportation Research Forum, and the Transportation Research Board.
