Hannah Aeterna Borne is a PhD candidate at the Berlin Graduate School Global Transregional Studies, part of the Cluster of Excellence “Contestations of the Liberal Script” (SCRIPTS). She has also completed internships with think tanks and human rights NGOs in Salt Lake City and Vienna, and worked with a Berlin-based European think tank focusing on digital rights, surveillance, and democracy.
