Biography

Harjinder Lallie received his PhD from the University of Warwick in the area of Cyber-Attack Modelling. He holds Master’s degrees and has more than 20 years of teaching experience at the university level. Harjinder is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has developed numerous cyber security and digital forensics related degrees. He has extensive experience in developing leading academic programmes and has undertaken over 20 external examinerships, conducting numerous institutional reviews at both national and international levels. His experience also includes course approvals, having served on various course approval panels and committees. Harjinder has mentored and led many module leaders and tutors both nationally and internationally. He has taught modules and supervised students at the University of Oxford. He has published in top international cyber security and digital forensics journals, contributing to IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics & Security, Elsevier's Computers & Security, and Digital Investigation. As a reviewer for top international cyber security journals, Harjinder is involved in teaching and research responsibilities for cyber security master’s programmes and is active in the Indian market, having guest lectured at over 100 institutions across India. Some of the colleges he has collaborated with include SCMS School of Engineering and Technology, Cochin University, and Anna University.
