Notably, from 2016 to 2020, she was the founding Project Manager for the European Commission’s EU Energy Poverty Observatory, which defined a comprehensive set of monitoring indicators and established the world’s largest evidence base to aid policymakers in enacting new legislation to combat energy poverty.
