Biography

Harveen Chugh is a Professor and Director of the UCL MBA at the UCL School of Management. She specializes in program design and entrepreneurship education, focusing on lean startup methodologies and mentoring entrepreneurs. Her previous role was as an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at Warwick Business School, where she directed the Global Online MBA and co-led the largest modules, impacting 700 students. Harveen has taught at various esteemed institutions, including Imperial College Business School and the London School of Economics. Her professional experience includes founding her own company and designing programs for universities and accelerators. She managed a UK government program that helped 25 startups raise £4.97 million in equity investment. Harveen has been actively involved in coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs, contributing to various programs and competitions. She co-founded the Network for Coaching Mentoring Entrepreneurs (NCME), which consists of 120 enterprise educators from across the UK. She has received several awards for her contributions to entrepreneurship education, including the WeAreTheCity Rising Star Award in 2023 and Outstanding Contribution to Teaching Award at Warwick Business School in 2022. Harveen was also recognized as one of the 40 Professors in Business School by Poets&Quants in 2019.
