Biography

Hayk Kupelyants teaches conflict laws and commercial law arbitration at King's College London. He is a member of the Centre for International Governance and Dispute Resolution (CIGAD). Before joining King's College London, he was a University Lecturer at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow of Homerton College, University of Cambridge. Hayk has published extensively in journals such as the British Yearbook of International Law and the Journal of Private International Law. His research interests center around aspects of private international law and international arbitration, specifically focusing on commercial investment disputes, jurisdiction issues, cross-border injunctions, and sovereign debt litigation.
