Biography

Hayley J. Hooper is an Associate Professor of Law at Harris Manchester College and an academic affiliate at the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights. She holds an LLB from the University of Glasgow, a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL), an MPhil, and a DPhil in Law from the University of Oxford. Hayley's research is aimed at enhancing the understanding of legal frameworks that govern national security and civil rights.
