Biography

Heather Campbell is a Professor and Director at the School of Community and Regional Planning (SCARP) at the University of British Columbia. She has an extensive academic background, holding a PhD in Town and Regional Planning from the University of Sheffield. Heather's career spans various roles, including a professorship at the University of Sheffield, where she became a full professor in 1999 after serving as a Lecturer.
