Dr. Heidi Kloster

Biography

Heidi Kloster is an Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, where she serves as the Associate Residency Program Director. She is involved in the Division of Hospital Medicine, focusing on Complex Care and serving as the education director for the Pediatric Complex Care Program. Kloster has held various leadership roles in undergraduate and graduate medical education, emphasizing educational scholarship and curriculum development that promotes well-being and prevents burnout in medical trainees. Her clinical focus is on providing high-quality care to children with medical complexity, partnering with families to enhance their overall quality of life. Additionally, her research interests include evaluating the well-being of various populations, especially caregivers of children with medical complexities.
