Biography

Helen Fielding is the Thomas Graham Professor of Chemistry at University College London, specializing in spectroscopy and ultrafast dynamics of excited states in molecules, particularly protein chromophores in both gas-phase and solution environments. She co-leads the Chemistry Light Research Theme and is an active member of the Departmental Research Committee with responsibilities for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).
