Helen Monaghan is the Research Operations Manager of the Implementation Impact team at the School of Population Health, with a background in clinical research exceeding 25 years. Her primary focus involves developing and implementing processes and procedures that support various research activities. As the program grows, Helen is tasked with facilitating the ongoing development and maturation of operational processes to ensure efficient research practices. Previously, she held a significant position at the George Institute as the Head of Clinical Trial Partnerships, where she worked on optimizing the clinical trial infrastructure across Australia and building relationships within the clinical trials sector. Helen has played a pivotal role in establishing a national disease-agnostic research register, showcasing her commitment to advancing clinical research and improving health outcomes.
