Biography

Helen Toner is an Associate Professor in the School of Law at the University of Warwick, focusing on EU law, particularly citizenship, free movement, and partnership rights. She has a robust academic background, having completed her DPhil at the University of Oxford in 2003, which explored modernising partnership rights in the context of EU family reunification law. Helen teaches a variety of undergraduate modules including Foundations of European Law and Judicial Review. She joined Warwick in 2004 after several years at Oxford, where she held lectureships at Somerville College and Queen's College.
