Biography

Helena Fisk is a postdoctoral research fellow specializing in Nutrition Metabolism, currently serving as a lecturer at the University of Southampton. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Brighton, which sparked her interest in human nutrition and health. She plays a significant role in teaching undergraduate medicine courses and supervises both undergraduate and postgraduate students in their research projects.
