Biography

Henrik Udsen is a professor specializing in IT law, IT contract law, obligations law, data protection law, and information law. He completed his PhD dissertation on accountability issues related to the use of digital signatures in 2001 and his doctoral thesis on foundational principles of information law in 2009. He has published a comprehensive text on IT law in 2013 and a text on IT contract law in 2014. In addition to a wide range of articles in his fields of research, he is frequently invited as a speaker. He leads the Centre for Information and Innovation Law at the Faculty of Law.
