Biography

Xu (Henry) Han is an Assistant Professor of Management at the College of New Jersey and an Adjunct Associate Professor and Senior Fellow in the Management Department at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He earned his PhD in Management (Strategy) from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. Professor Han’s research focuses on how firms create value and sustain competitive advantage through corporate entrepreneurship and business model innovation. Professor Han serves on the editorial board of the Management Organization Review and teaches a wide range of topics regarding strategy and entrepreneurship, including business model innovation, corporate entrepreneurship, design thinking, early-stage financing, and digital transformation in undergraduate, MBA, and Executive Education programs. In practice, Professor Han co-founded a venture-backed climate-tech company that focuses on sustainability and deep tech innovation, and he advises startups and established firms on strategy and entrepreneurship challenges.
