Biography

Henry T.C. Hu holds the Allan Shivers Chair in Law at Texas Law. He teaches corporate law, modern finance governance, and securities regulation. His scholarly writings and public service relate to capital markets and corporate governance with a special focus on financial innovation. Hu served as the founding Director of the SEC's Division of Economic Risk Analysis and has been recognized as one of the 100 influential people in corporate governance by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
