Dr. Henry Schneider

Biography

Henry Schneider is a Professor of Business Economics at Queen’s University, specializing in applied microeconomics with a focus on industrial organization, behavioral economics, and experimental economics. He obtained his PhD in Economics from Yale University in 2006 and holds a BS in Physics from Wesleyan University. Prior to his tenure at Queen’s, he was an Assistant Professor at the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. Over his academic career, Schneider has also been a consultant at NERA Economic Consulting and worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He has developed significant expertise in analyzing economic behavior through experimental methods, contributing extensively to the literature on market dynamics and consumer behavior.
