Biography

Professor Hervé Prince Agbodjan received his Doctoral Degree in Law from Université Laval, Canada, and a Doctoral Degree in Public Law from Université Montesquieu Bordeaux, France. He is a researcher at Université de Montréal’s Centre de droit des affaires et du commerce international (CDACI) and the Director of the Law International Economic Relations group. His research areas focus on International Economic Law, including domains such as International Trade Law, Regional Integration, International Investment Law, Public International Law, European Trade Law, and judicial aspects of bilateral Canadian trade. Before joining the Faculty of Law at Université de Montréal, Professor Prince was a lecturer at Université Laval’s Faculty of Law, where he taught International Economic Law, WTO Law, and North American Economic Law at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He has also held public service positions, serving as a legal specialist for the Quebec Transport Ministry.
