Biography

Hong Song received an MD from Tulane University School of Medicine and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University. He performed research in targeted radionuclide therapy as a postdoctoral fellow at Johns Hopkins University. After medical school, he joined the Dual Pathway Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology residency program at Stanford University. His current research interests include PSMA PET for biochemically recurrent prostate cancer and DOTATATE PET for PRRT in neuroendocrine tumors. His clinical focus is on Nuclear Radiology, and he is a member of the University Medical Line at Stanford. Hong has board certifications from the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology and from the American Board of Nuclear Medicine. He completed his residency in Radiology at Stanford University and an internship in Internal Medicine at Tulane University.
