Hongye Zhang received a BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 2015 and 2018, respectively. He is a Board Member of the European Society Applied Superconductivity (ESAS), a Technical Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Applied Superconductivity, and involved in various committees and editorial boards. His work aims to advance low and zero-emission technologies and contributes to the development of efficient next-generation propulsion systems for electric machines, particularly in the context of hydrogen energy applications and net-zero transport initiatives.
