Hossein Dehghani Tafti received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power System Engineering, from Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2009 and 2011, respectively. He completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2018. Following this, he served as a Senior Research Associate at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, where he contributed to modeling and testing commercial photovoltaic inverters. Currently, he is a Research Fellow in the Department of Electrical, Electronic & Computer Engineering at the University of Western Australia in Perth. He co-edited the book titled "Advanced Multilevel Converters Applications for Grid Integration," published by John Wiley in 2018. His research interests include grid integration of renewable energy sources, particularly photovoltaic systems, as well as the design and control of multilevel power converters.
