Hossein Kassiri received his B.Sc. degree from the University of Tehran, Iran, in 2008, the M.A.Sc. degree from McMaster University in 2010, and the PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Toronto in 2015. His PhD dissertation focused on the design, development, and validation of wireless battery-less neural recording and stimulation systems aimed at monitoring and treating neurological disorders.
