Biography

Howard Ellis is a Lead Research Cardiac Physiologist (Invasive) at St Thomas’ Hospital, associated with the Faculty of Life Sciences and Medicine at King's College London. He became a qualifying Cardiac Physiologist in 2011 and has since developed a particular interest in interventional cardiac physiology while working at Royal Surrey County Hospital. In 2013, he accepted a Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) funded post as a Research Cardiac Physiologist at St Thomas’ Hospital. He subsequently became the Lead Cardiac Physiologist (invasive) at St Thomas’ and is currently working as the Lead Research Cardiac Physiologist, focusing on various academic projects related to coronary haemodynamics and physiology.
