Biography

Dr. Hsuan-Chieh Liao has over ten years of clinical management experience in laboratory medicine, particularly in newborn screening. Trained as a Medical Laboratory Scientist in Taiwan, she obtained her PhD in Clinical Medicine and completed postdoctoral fellowship training in Clinical Chemistry at the University of Washington and Seattle Children's Hospital.
